Medicine International (MI) founder Dr. Mark Stinson functioned as a full-time clinic physician at the CIWEC Travelers Clinic in Kathmandu, Nepal seeing travelers, expatriates living in Nepal, and refugees. His clinic provided advice, diagnosis, and treatment of various tropical illnesses. Clinic doctors also provided ongoing medical care for the Tibetan refugees transiting through Katmandu on their way to asylum in India.
