September 2001 Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) New York World Trade Center FEMA disaster response.. Medical Incident Support Team leader responsible for coordinating medical care of rescue victims and team members.

January - April 2001 Country director relief efforts responding to the earthquake, Gujarat India. Rapid Disaster Medical Response: medical assistance and shelter planning. Collaboration with local Indian NGO's for ongoing Medical First Responder trainings.

June 1999 Relief International (RI) Prizen, Kosovo Leadership of a medical disaster relief team charged with going into Kosovo soon after the liberation of Kosovo soon after the liberation of Kosovo by NATO troops. After an initial assessment, we set up mobile clinics and a clinic in the Prizen area of southwestern Kosovo.
